Haven was created as a modern day retreat for the stress and busyness that keeps us from taking care of our mind, body and spirit. In Haven, you can practice yoga, get a massage, try acupuncture and cupping, learn about aromatherapy, purchase organic wellness products and great yoga gear, all while children play in a happy and engaging space under the watchful eye of our leaders!

Three different class give you three chances to get in a calorie-burning fast-paced lunch class, an hour long arm and leg burner, and a cardio flow that slows the pace but not the punch!

Come try this weekly ‘Fix and Flow’ class where students move through vinyasa series and get their bodies warm and take that heat into poses which are held for minutes at a time to find release. This powerful combination will create space and strength throughout the body.
